  1. I wasn’t terribly hungry during the hour I allotted myself for lunch today, but I put together a fairly good Greek salad. I remembered being a small-ish kid at a restaurant with a salad bar, back when they would stack up white bowls fresh out of the dishwasher on an island decorated with kale leaves. My favorite thing on the salad bar was the chickpeas, possibly followed only by the cherry tomatoes. Both were still a novelty in my home.
  2. Have you seen the slender little package they sell micro greens in? I love it, it reminds me of something but I can’t put my finger on what exactly.
